When can I do a wing walk

We offer wing walking every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at different locations

Can my friends and family come to watch my wingwalk?

All your friends and family will be more than welcomed to join in the experience, we have a homely café on site which serves both hot and cold dishes as well as a large garden area with unrestricted views of your performance.

Is there a weight limit?

There is an upper weight limit of 85kg (13 stone 3 lbs). This is an absolute limit that cannot be exceeded and all wing walkers will be weighed prior to briefing.

Is there an age limit?

All wing walkers must be at least 18 years old and if you are over 65 years of age, your GP will need to pre-sign your medical declaration form before arrival. Please see medical here. Home

What should I wear?

Warm but not bulky clothing (no hoodies or scarves), soft soled flat shoes (plimsolls or trainers) and if you wish gloves. We will provide you with goggles and ear plugs. (No puffer Coats)

Can I wear glasses during the flight?

Yes, all wing walkers will be given goggles to wear during the flight and we have some Larger goggles which fit over goggles

Can I wear contact lenses during the flight?

No, unfortunately even with goggles there is a lot of wind pressure and therefore a risk of contact lenses moving in the eye. We recommend taking contacts out and wearing glasses underneath the goggles provided.

I suffer from travel sickness, will I feel sick during the wing walk?

Travel or motion sickness is often brought on in enclosed spaces where there is a lack of fresh air and disorientation results from a lack of forward visibility. During a wing walk you can see the horizon and there is plenty of fresh air, so people rarely suffer from motion sickness.

How long will the flight last?

The flight lasts approximately 10 minutes from take off to landing.

Will the aeroplane do aerobatics?

No, you will not do loops and rolls on but you will do low dives and sharp turns, so you will have an exhilarating experience! Alternatively, a gentler experience is also available, if preferred.

How high does the aeroplane fly?

The aeroplane will fly to a maximum of 700ft and a minimum of 100ft on waving-runs.

How fast does the aeroplane fly?

The aeroplane will fly at between 80mph up to 130mph.

Can I have my wing walk filmed?

Yes, This is an option which can be purchased on the day. Photos: £79 or £119 for the Ultimate package of a Video and Photos.

What if the weather is bad?

The weather is unpredictable in the UK. We will contact you the day before with a text message confirming your flight. If the weather is not suitable and we postpone your flight you can reschedule for another date of your choice. Please be aware that there will be an extra charge of you cancel the Wingwalk with less than a months notice.

How long will the experience last from arrival to completing my wing walk?

We ask that you give us at least 3 hours from your check-in time to get your Wingwalk complete. This allows time for poor weather to clear or other circumstances that may delay your flight.

How do I get on top of the aeroplane?

All wing walkers will need to be able to climb unassisted onto the wing of the aeroplane, which will require a level of flexibility. A member of our crew will help you climb up.

Can I wing walk for charity?

Yes, absolutely, wing walking is a unique experience, and many take the opportunity to raise money for great causes. If you are interested in Wingwalking for Charity Click here or email Charities@skydive.buzz – https://wingwalk.buzz/charities/

Can I communicate with the pilot during the wing walk?
