By ‘Wingwalking’ for Step One Charity, you are making a difference to people in Devon who have hidden disabilities or mental health issues as we support them in taking that first step to being in control of their future and fulfilling their potential.
We understand that everyone we work with is different and their needs are individual to them. That’s why we believe in supporting people in managing their wellbeing and mental health by working together to identify their needs and taking positive steps forward.
Step One’s specialist teams have expertise across a diverse range of services including mental health crisis care and recovery, one-to-one enabling support and employment mentoring.
We are motivated by seeing people make progress and with your help, we can continue to support people in meeting their needs in the most effective way.
